- Fees must be paid on enrolment or a payment plan should be discussed to confirm
enrolment in any program of study.
- Qualification fees at Start Education are inclusive of GST.
- If an invoice is issued by Start Education, it must be paid no later than 14 days
from the date of the invoice.
- Start Education reserves the right to vary scheduled course dates, details and fees.
However receipt of registration prior to any fee increase(s) will ensure the client pays
only the fee amount which was published at the time of Registration.
- You need to clearly read and understand our Cancellation and Refund Policy prior to
enrolment.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Notifications of cancellations, refunds and requests for transfers must be made in writing
to: info@starteducation.com.au
as early as practically possible, but no later than ten (10) working days prior to course
commencement. Alternatively, contact Start Education on (02) 88833207 to discuss your options.
For online qualifications, the cancellation must be received before enrolment in the units.
- Cancellation more than 10 working days from Course Commencement
In the event of a cancellation the Institute will refund the fees paid in full if Start Education is advised in writing of a cancellation more than 10 working days prior to the course commencement date.
- Cancellation 10 working days of less than Course Commencement
In the event of notification of a cancellation 10 working days or less before the course commencement date fees paid will not be refunded or allocated to another course. Start Education cannot accept responsibility for changes to work commitments or personal circumstances within this 10 working day period.
- Start Education cannot be liable for changes in personal circumstances that prevent attendance/
qualification completion.
- Any refunds to be paid by Start Education will be by direct bank deposit to the original payee or their sponsors.
